Energy efficiency and renewable energy across all sectors are policy priorities for the federal and state government, and many funding and financing programs are available.
C-PACE
C-PACE is a financial tool for commercial property owners to obtain low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency projects. Multifamily buildings are now eligible for C-PACE financing. The Sustainable Energy Fund administers the program and can connect project developers to authorized contractors and lenders.
